Life insurance in Ukraine
Ukrainian life insurance comes in two flavours: risk-only (payout only on death or disability) and accumulative (with investment component, 4-6% guaranteed return + participation in the insurer's investment income). Minimum premium UAH 350-600/month. Tax-deductible — up to 1.4× minimum wage in premiums can be reclaimed through tax declaration (2026: ~UAH 12,000/year).
